Warranty Bamboo Duvet

I loved the initial purchase of this charcoal duvet as I love all Cozy Earths products. However, after only two washings I noticed an eraser sized whole along the bottom of the duvet that was frayed to the point I feared it would continue. I called Cozy Earth and was pleased that the offered a replacement immediately. All I needed to do was fill out the warranty return form with a picture of the damage and the product. Within a reasonable amount of time I received the replacement. The guarantee is REAL and the warranty was handled efficiently and professionally. I am a long time customer of Cozy Earth. I LOVE the products and highly respect their professionalism and desire to accommodate their customers!

First Duvet

I actually was skeptical about purchasing an expensive duvet but It was the right choice since it’s comfy soft and it’ll last me a long time. I am just a dude who is trying to educate myself to become the best version I could possibly be. This does assist me in that mission. Thank you for high quality!

I can't say enough about how much we love our sheet and duvet set. The quality is top notch, the set washed perfectly and these are a dream to sleep in! Not sure I'll ever order from anywhere else!
