This is a big bath mat so I suggest measuring it out to see if your bathroom accommodates. I got mine in light grey and it’s a shade away from being white. It soaks up water like nothing I’ve seen before. We had to dry it for a long time to dry out all the water. I like it though

I do not get it

Yea, it is soft... but it is pretty much just a towel on the floor. Nothing to keep it from wadding up if you step on it any less than perfectly straight down. I don't think we will be using ours.
