What is Cozy Earth Membership?
A rewards program with three tiers: Free, Monthly ($10/mo), and Annual ($100/yr). Every tier includes Ways to Earn credit and access to member-only sales. Paid tiers add 10% back in credit on every order, early access to new products and member drops, a birthday gift, free shipping and returns, and priority customer service. Annual members also receive a free pair of socks and an anniversary gift each year.
How much does membership cost?
Free to join. Monthly is $10 a month with your first month free. Annual is $100 a year.
How do I sign up?
Create an account on cozyearth.com. You can upgrade to a paid tier anytime from your account page.
What is the welcome credit?
When you place your first order as a member, you’ll earn credit to use on your second order. Annual members earn 20% of their first order back. Monthly and free members earn 10%.
How do I earn credit?
Paid members earn 10% back in credit on every order, automatically. All members can earn bonus credit through Ways to Earn, which we update throughout the year. You’ll hear about new opportunities through email.
When does credit show up in my account?
Within a week of your purchase.
Can I use my credit on sale items?
Yes. Your credit works during a sale.
Can I use my credit with a discount code?
Credit can’t be combined with a discount code at checkout. You can use one or the other on a given order.
Does my credit expire?
Credit expires 12 months after it’s added to your account.
What is early access?
Paid members get first look at new product launches and member-only drops before they’re available to everyone.
How does the birthday gift work?
All paid members receive a birthday gift. Add your birth date to your account page and we’ll take care of the rest.
What do annual members get that monthly members don’t?
A free pair of socks each year, an anniversary gift on your membership anniversary, and a 20% welcome credit on your second order instead of 10%.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes, you can switch anytime from your account page.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. You can cancel anytime from your account page. Cancellations take effect immediately.
