Complete the returns and exchange form and print your return label
*A processing fee will be deducted for each return based on the value of the returned items as follows:
$11.99 for returns less than $500.00
$19.99 for returns between $500.00 and $1,000.00
$29.99 for returns over $1,000.00
Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs for returns/exchanges.
International customers get a pre-paid return label that the cost is deducted from their refund.
Pack & Ship:
Securely attach the return label to the outside of the box or envelope. You can use the original packaging. Please do NOT combine returns into one package– use the correct return label for each return, in separate packages. Drop off your return package & keep a copy of your drop off receipt- important to have until your return is processed!
