Covers manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship.
Normal wear and tear and discoloration aren’t covered. We resolve every claim with a replacement, not a refund. Last Chance and final-sale items aren’t eligible.
Filing a claim takes a few minutes.

Take a photo
One clear photo of the issue and one of the sewn-in tag. That’s usually all we need.

Add a short note
A sentence or two on what happened is plenty.

Get your replacement
A new one heads your way. Most items don’t need to come back, and for the ones that do, we include a free return label.
