Cozy Earth Member Spotlight: Sarah

I first came across Cozy Earth a couple of years ago – some Instagram influencer that I follow was ranting and raving about Cozy Earth pajamas. Not knowing anything about Cozy Earth, I opened up the link, saw the price, and immediately closed the tab. I came back to the website earlier this year after receiving a gift card following a purchase from Sterling Forever and looked further into what Cozy Earth is actually about. The material quality, the great reviews, and the member benefits are ultimately what made me take the first step, and I can honestly say I am hooked!

So far I have purchased the pajamas, socks, washcloths, hand towels, and joggers. The fabric and overall durability of the clothes, primarily the joggers, have well surpassed my expectations! I absolutely love the joggers – they are so soft and I have washed them probably around 15 times in the 5 months I have owned them and they have not even shown signs of pilling. The washcloths were so soft that I then made it my mission to replace all of my bathroom towels with Cozy Earth products. Needless to say the quality and softness of the fabric has well exceeded my expectations.

The hand towels and washcloth are staples in my bathroom, so they see daily use. My joggers are close behind, as those tend to be my post-work pants that I throw on. They have been especially nice during the summer months as they are not a hot fabric, so I can still curl up under a blanket in my cozy joggers and not overheat.

My go-to item when I want to treat myself is the Bamboo pajama set. I am not a pajama person--I typically just throw on a t-shirt to go to sleep, but having the set has been so fun to pull out on nights after I’ve done an "everything shower". It is such a silly, simple thing, but it makes me feel so put together!

Being a Cozy Earth member has changed me from an “I’ll cancel after a year” to “I’m in this for life!” perspective just after five months. I was fully expecting to take advantage of a few of the monthly benefits, upgrade a handful of items from around the house, then cancel, but the monthly deals that I am seeing on top of the credits I am able to apply, have blown my mind! I got a set of two pairs of socks and four washcloths for $21 in April, two hand towels for $17 in May, a second pair of the joggers I love for $45 in June. It is insane the amount I am saving on these items, just by being a member!

I have had some terrible customer service experiences and return problems in the past, so the first thing that caught my attention was the ease of returning & replacing the first pair of pajamas I ordered for a different size. Customer service representatives have been fantastic and the ease in returns makes me confident in my purchases. I think that service, and the discounts and monthly credits offered are the most valuable membership benefits.

The joggers have become my new go-to travel pants! On long flights, I have always had the trouble of finding a pair of pants that will not imprint the stitching onto my skin. I just did a 13-hour plane ride to Greece, and I did not notice that problem! The joggers and the pajamas are also great for unwinding after a long day. It’s been fantastic to be able to put on clothes that are so comfy, and as the name so perfectly states: cozy!

If someone is interested in trying a Cozy Earth product and they are not sure, my advice is just go for it – what is there to lose? Once they receive the product, the high quality and softness of the fabric will ease any doubts. If it is not what they expect, just return the item. The customer service is amazing and returns are easy. It truly is a company with high quality products that makes customers feel appreciated!
