RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We stand behind our products and sincerely want you to be 100% satisfied with everything you purchase from Cozy Earth. Our policy is to deal with you fair and honestly and we hope you will do the same with us as well.

For questions about returns live chat us anytime on our website call 385-225-9268. For assistance after hours, email support@cozyearth.com. Once received, refunds and exchanges are processed upon receipt of package. Refunds will take 2-5 business days to appear back to the original form of payment

REFUNDS After we have received your returned items a refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 2-5 business days. This credit will appear on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle which could take up to 5-10 business days. Unfortunately, we cannot refund original shipping charges.

Exchanges, are switched-out through the returns and exchanges process link above. Any difference in price will be charged or credited at the time of exchange.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS International orders have a slightly different return process and typically incur separate shipping charges. Please contact us directly by live chat, email, or phone for specific return instructions.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? If you're not happy with your products for any reason, you may return them within 100 days of product delivery, regardless whether they are new or used. The purchase price will be refunded upon reception and processing at our facility. Unfortunately, we do not refund original shipping charges or shipping insurance if applicable. After 100 days, we process returns in the order we receive them. If your have a any concern whatsoever, please live chat, call, or email us anytime. We LOVE putting a smile on our customers' faces!

WHY SUCH AN EASY RETURN POLICY? We want to build trust with those that give us a chance. Standing behind everything we sell is a huge part of that trust. We know that if we treat our customers like family they might continue to shop with us, share Cozy Earth with others. If something isn't right, please know you can count on us to help make it right.

WHAT IF I WANT TO RETURN A USED OR UN-BOXED ITEM? If your return is submitted within 100 days of the delivery date of your item (based on tracking number), then the condition of your return doesn't matter...even if your dog ate it. We are very easy to work with, however, we do reserve the right to refuse returned product outside of our 100-day return window.
