What is the Bamboo Down Alternative Pillow made of?

The pillow's shell is 100% bamboo viscose, and its filling is 60% recycled polyester and 40% bamboo viscose. This combination mimics the plushness of down while being temperature-regulating and hypoallergenic.

What is the loft and firmness of this pillow?

The pillow has a medium loft with a soft, plush feel that still holds its support.

Is the pillow down-free and hypoallergenic?

Yes, the fill contains no animal down, plus the bamboo viscose shell and fill are naturally hypoallergenic, making it a great pillow for sleepers with allergies, sensitivities, or anyone who prefers an animal-free pillow.

Will this pillow go flat or clump over time?

Unlike traditional down, the fill is designed to resist dividing and shifting, so the pillow springs back to its original shape and resists lumps and clumping with regular use.

Does this pillow stay cool for hot sleepers?

The breathable viscose from bamboo shell wicks away moisture and won't trap heat, so it stays cool to the touch and comfortable through the night, year round. Pair it with our Bamboo Pillowcases and Cooling Pillow Protector for an ideal, temperature-regulating sleep.

Is the Bamboo Down Alternative Pillow good for side sleepers?

Yes. Its adaptable medium-loft fill cradles the head and neck and springs back to shape, offering balanced support for side, back, and stomach sleepers alike.

How do I keep my Down Alternative Pillow clean?

We recommend spot cleaning or dry cleaning to keep the fill and shell in their best shape. Pairing the pillow with our Pillow Protector or Cooling Pillow Protector means regular washing isn't necessary. These protectors zip onto your pillow, under the pillowcase, to protect it from dust, dirt, makeup, and allergens.
