Great customer service on duvet cover damaged after wash
I love cozy earth products and have bought a bunch of bedding items from CE. One of my duvet covers unfortunately tore at the zipper after just a few washes. However the customer service was so amazing. They asked for some photos and order details and sent me a replacement immediately. The whole process was so hassle free.
