EligibilityOpen to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Cozy Earth, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
Sweepstakes PeriodThe Sweepstakes begins on April 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM MST and ends on April 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM MST.
How to EnterFree Method of Entry (AMOE):No purchase necessary. To enter for free, register via the Summer Sweepstakes form at CozyEarth.com. You will receive one (1) entry upon completing registration. Standard message and data rates may apply for SMS sign-up. This method of entry provides an equal opportunity to win.Purchase Method of Entry:Participants will receive one (1) entry for every one dollar ($1.00) spent on qualifying purchases at CozyEarth.com during the Sweepstakes Period. Taxes, shipping, and fees do not count toward entry calculation.
Entry LimitsLimit of one (1) free entry per person via sign-up form method. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM MST on April 30, 2026.
PrizeGrand Prize: $5,000 cash prize. No substitution, assignment, or transfer of prize is permitted, except at Cozy Earth's sole discretion. Cozy Earth reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner will be required to provide a valid Social Security Number or Tax Identification Number prior to prize being awarded, and may be required to complete an IRS Form W-9. Cozy Earth will issue an IRS Form 1099 to the winner as required by law.
Winner Selection & NotificationWinner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries on or around June 1, 2026 at Cozy Earth headquarters, Lehi, UT. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by email within 7 business days of the drawing. Winner must respond within 7 days of notification or an alternate winner may be selected. As a condition of receiving the prize, the selected winner may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release within 7 days of notification. Failure to return the completed affidavit within the required timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.
PublicityExcept where prohibited by law, by entering this Sweepstakes, participants grant Cozy Earth permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional and advertising purposes in any media without additional compensation or notice.
General ConditionsBy entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Cozy Earth, which are final and binding. Cozy Earth reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.
