Cozy Earth Promotions Policy

This Promotions Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of promotional offers provided by Cozy Earth, including but not limited to standard sales, flash sales, discount codes, gift cards, and free gift promotions. By participating in any promotion offered by Cozy Earth, customers agree to be bound by this Promotions Policy, our Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy.

 

 

1. Eligibility & Usage

Promotions are valid only for purchases made directly through www.cozyearth.com and are subject to availability. Promotional offers may not be applied retroactively to past orders or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

 

 

2. Discount Codes

Discount codes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are valid only for a limited time or while supplies last. Only one discount code may be used per order unless otherwise specified.

"Last Chance" Products:
 All products marked as “Last Chance” are final sale and excluded from additional discounts, including discount codes and sitewide promotions. Discount stacking is strictly prohibited for these items.

 

 

3. Gift Cards

Gift cards purchased or received from Cozy Earth are treated as cash equivalents and may be used toward qualifying product purchases on our site. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards or exchanged for cash, except where required by law.

 

 

4. Free Gift Promotions

Free gift offers are available only while supplies last and may be subject to minimum purchase requirements. If qualifying items are returned, Cozy Earth reserves the right to deduct the value of the free gift from the refund amount or require the return of the free gift in original condition.

 

 

5. Promotional Abuse

Cozy Earth reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend any promotion at any time for any reason without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, cases of suspected misuse, fraud, manipulation, or violation of this Promotions Policy or other applicable terms.
